This is perhaps the most popular album by the brilliant, grumpy Bob Dylan. Even today, in 2025, the cover has inspired a social media trend. The ‘Bob Dylan Core’ trend features performative men with hunched shoulders and jackets that are too thin for the weather, walking through urban landscapes. The album is certainly well known. It’s not rare either. But this is the first time it has appeared as it was originally intended. Alongside global hits such as ‘Blowin’ in the Wind’, ‘Hard Rain’ and ‘Don’t Think Twice’, the RSD 25 version features four additional songs that were removed from the album shortly before the original release of The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan.
