There was once a film about New York in the noughties and all those guitar bands that ended up going electronic at some point because that just paid them more. Pons from Brooklyn didn’t watch it, apparently, because you can only make an album like »The Liquid Self« if you care as much about this dance-punk indie stuff as you do of the annual spa visit.
