This is the kind of reissue that pops up once in a blue moon. A lost album, hunted by many, for many years, that now has actually been reissued. Tia Blake recorded »Folksongs & Ballads« in just one day in the late sixties and it contains nothing but covers. She performs them with plucked guitar and a voice that is bright and present and at the same time shy and enraptured.
