Radio Hito – L’Uso E Gli Attributi Del Cuore

Radio Hito is the project of Italo-Vietnamese, Brussels-based Nguyễn Zen Mỹ and her new solo album, released by Meakusma and Maple Death, is named after the book of a French poet. It should be no surprise then that L’uso e gli attributi del cuore feels like a lot even though its mix of ambient sounds, playful rhythms, spoken and sung words is minimalistic. Think kankyō ongaku, but Italian art pop with a bit of Delphine Dora in the mix—think the unthinkable, just like this album dares you to.
