Alex G (real name Alexander Giannascoli) is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer from Haworth, Pennsylvania. He began releasing lo-fi productions on Bandcamp in 2010 under the name Sandy Alex G. He first gained wider attention with DSU (2014). His music oscillates between indie rock, bedroom pop, and introspective Americana, and is always characterised by idiosyncrasy and a willingness to experiment.
