**Charif Megarbane is a Lebanese producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist from Beirut. He releases under the names Cosmic Analog Ensemble, The Free Association Syndicate, The Submarine Chronicles and Trans-Mara Express, among others. He is also a member of the band Heroes & Villains. His music combines funk, jazz, psychedelia and Middle Eastern sounds.
