John M. Bennett

John M. Bennett (b. October 12, 1942 in Chicago) is an American experimental poet and sound and visual artist. He has been producing avant-garde texts, sound poetry, and mail art since the 1970s. In 1974, he founded the small press Luna Bisonte Prods, which published numerous limited editions of experimental literature and art. His work is in the archives of major institutions such as the Ohio State University and the Museum of Modern Art.
