Kokoroko is a London-based jazz collective formed in 2014. The eight-piece band – Sheila Maurice-Grey, Onome Edgeworth, Cassie Kinoshi, Richie Seivwright, Oscar Jerome, Duayne Sanford, Ayo Salawu and Yohan Kebede – combines Afrobeat, soul and highlife with striking horn sections and polyrhythmic ease.
