LCD Soundsystem war ein 2001 von James Murphy gegründetes Musikprojekt aus New York City. Es wurde 2011 aufgelöst. Zu den Musikern gehörten neben James Murphy Nancy Whang, Tyler Pope, Pat Mahoney, Gavin Russom, Al Doyle und David Scott Stone.
