Múm
Múm is an Icelandic indie band from Reykjavik, founded by Gunnar Örn Tynes and Örvar Þóreyjarson Smárason in 1997. A year later, they were supplemented by Gyða Valtýsdóttir and Kristín Anna Valtýsdóttir. The two sisters left the band in 2002 respectively in 2006. Meanwhile Múm is a many-headed ensemble. Aside from Tynes und Smárason there are Ólöf Arnalds, Eiríkur Orri Olafsson, Hildur Guðnadóttir, Sigurlaug Gisladottir, Samuli Kosminen and Róbert Sturla Reynisson.
