Rob Mazurek (* 1965) ist ein amerikanischer Kornettist und Komponist aus Chicago, Illinois. Er spielte und führte zahlreiche Ensembles, darunter das Chicago Underground Quartet, Isotope 217, Exploding Star Orchestra und Tigersmilk.
