Afro-dub

Afro Dub is a British-influenced fusion of dub aesthetics and African rhythms that emerged in the early 1980s within the On-U Sound scene. It is characterised by analogue production, bass, echo and delay effects, ritualistic percussion and a spiritual atmosphere; the African Head Charge project is one of its key influences.
