The Djs Yoshizawa Dynamite and Chintam have compiled another ten Japanese groove classics released in the 1970s by Nippon Columbia on »Wamono A To Z Vol.II«.

With »Wamono A To Z Vol.2 – Japanese Funk 1970-1977« another overview of the Japanese groove music scene of the 1970s is now released. On it you will find Jazz, Funk, Soul, Rare Groove and Disco by superb artists worth discovering like Mieko Hirota, Hiroshi Sato, the School Band or Bread & Butter. The tracks, which are highly sought after today and were released by Nippon Columbia back then, were once again selected by DJs Yoshizawa Dynamite and Chintam, who have been active since the 1980s and were also responsible for compiling the first part of the series. The music was mastered and cut at the Timmion Cutting Lab and this reissue marks the first time the music has been heard outside of Japan. »Wamono A To Z Volume II – Japanese Funk 1970-1977« is released on the 180g label.
