After almost four years, Discovery Zone has announced a new album: »Quantum Web« will be released on March 8, 2024 as a co-release via Berlin label Mansions & Millions and the New York label RVNG Intl. The first single »Mall of Luv«, a tongue-in-cheek commentary on the metaverse, is already arousing curiosity about what’s to come.

New York-born Berliner-by-choice JJ Weihl follows on from her debut album »Remote Control« and explores the colourful world of consumerism and a society at the mercy of capitalism. Synthesisers, electro beats and other city pop borrowings revolve around the question of how people and technology are interwoven and which boundaries make it difficult to live together. In »Quantum Web«, JJ himself presents himself as a dazzling pop star within this web of harmonious instrumentals and synthetic vocals – thanks to AI!
