On April 10, 2024, the Brussels-based artist will perform live at Berlin’s Gretchen, improvising and refining well-known rave classics with jazz and blues elements.

On »APHEXions« (2021) and now on his new album »To The Aphex«, Dumont has dedicated himself to the musical world of Aphex Twin and the principles of the Sheffield pioneer of electronic music. Dumont used Richard D. James’ original songs and transferred the electronic tracks to his grand piano. In recent years, Dumont has been a member of the band ECHT!, which also crosses the boundaries between jazz, electronic music and hip-hop. In general, he refuses to be pigeonholed into any one genre, preferring to use the many facets of his playing to express himself in different musical areas.
