Now a quartet
On their fourth album, Mount Kimbie are no longer travelling as a duo, but as a quartet: Dominic Maker and Kai Campos have brought two long-time companions into the band, Andrea Balency-Béarn and Marc Pell. The two preliminary songs »Fishbrain« and »Dumb Guitar« reveal a more consolidated and harmonious sound. Electronic, indie, techno, dubstep – all wrapped up in a very unique sound. The newly formed quartet will be touring with the new album in April and May. With a single appearance in Germany. Mount Kimbie will be performing at Huxleys in Berlin on 28 April 2024.
