Ninja Tune is an independent record label founded in London in 1990 by Matt Black and Jonathan More, also known as Coldcut. It was established as a platform for their own releases and early on helped shape a style blending hip-hop, downtempo, funk, jazz and electronic music. The label’s key acts include DJ Food, The Herbaliser, Amon Tobin, Bonobo, Roots Manuva, Bicep and Floating Points. The label network also includes Big Dada and Counter Records.
